How a country network joins North

North was created in England. North Global is the shared international layer, while the United Kingdom is the home network. Each country network then has its own reading of North: palette, type, motion and page order.

The join is a configuration record. It names the theme, the languages, the regions that are actually open, and the products that network runs. France currently opens one region, Hauts-de-France. Deutschland, Belgium and Canada open none yet; the United Kingdom is the home network and currently has no regional network configured.

Language is a separate field. Belgium can be read in French, Dutch or English without becoming three countries.
